1. Services

Blue Vanguard provides business advisory services to small business owners regarding commercial financing obligations. Our services are for businesses only, not consumers. We are not a law firm, lender, or credit repair organization, and we do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: Blue Vanguard Solution Client Updates

Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive account and customer-care text messages from Blue Vanguard Solution LLC, including appointment reminders, document requests, and account status updates.

How to opt in: Check the SMS consent box on our client intake form at bluevanguardsolution.com/confidential-review/contact-intake. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again as you did originally.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: For privacy-related questions, see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and documents, and to notify us promptly of any changes. Our results depend on the information you provide.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, settlement amount, reduction, or timeline. Results depend on factors outside our control, including decisions made by your funders or creditors.

6. Fees

Fees for our services are set out in your separate client service agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, logos, and graphics, belongs to Blue Vanguard Solution LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Vanguard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Vanguard and its members, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
