Helping Businesses Move Forward

Questions

Answers that leave room for the actual file.

These answers describe how a review works in general. Circumstances differ. Nothing here is a promise about a funder, a creditor, a court, or a filing.

Getting Started

What is a confidential review?

It is a look at the business file: the agreements, the withdrawal pattern, and the cash the company still needs for operations. It does not create a settlement, and it does not pause a payment by itself.

Does reading this website submit my information?

No. These pages do not send a form or store a lead. A review starts only when you choose to share the file with Blue Vanguard.

MCA / Business Debt

Is this a consumer credit repair service?

No. The work is about business obligations, including merchant cash advances. It is not a program for personal credit cards or consumer credit scores.

Will a funder have to accept a new arrangement?

No. A funder or creditor decides whether to talk and whether to agree. Blue Vanguard cannot promise acceptance, a reduction, or an end to withdrawals.

The Review Process

What does the review look at?

Typically the contracts, the amounts, the payment schedule, and how those payments sit next to payroll, vendors, and other operating costs. Every file is different.

How long does a review take?

There is no standard timeline. It depends on the documents, the number of positions, and whether other parties respond. A published number of days would be a guess, so we do not give one.

Negotiation

Does negotiation mean a lawsuit is avoided?

No. Negotiation is a conversation. It does not control a court, a funder, or a filing. Questions about lawsuits belong with a lawyer. Blue Vanguard is not a law firm.

Can every position be handled as one agreement?

Not necessarily. Different companies can be parties to different contracts. Each one can answer separately. Resolving one position does not automatically resolve the others.

General Questions

Is Blue Vanguard a law firm?

No. Blue Vanguard is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. These pages are educational.

Do you publish client counts or success rates?

Not on this website. A percentage, a savings figure, or a client count would need an approved and verified source. None is claimed here.

Start with a confidential review.
