Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Blue Vanguard Solution handles information on this website. It is not a certification, and it does not promise a legal result.

Information you choose to send

If you submit the confidential review form, or contact us through the site, we receive the business and contact details you enter. That can include a business name, state, approximate debt figures, your name, email, and phone number. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship and does not guarantee a settlement or any other outcome.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the public pages, the website may record technical and usage information needed to operate and protect the site, including:

  • IP address
  • approximate location derived from the network connection, such as country, region, or city when that information is available
  • browser, device, and operating-system family
  • when a visit started and when it was last active
  • how many separate visits this browser has made, and a count of pages opened during a visit
  • security activity, such as a blocked or failed form submission

This location is approximate. It comes from the network connection, not from your device. We do not ask your browser for GPS or a precise physical location, and a city or region does not identify an exact address.

An anonymous identifier stored in this browser lets us recognize a later visit from the same browser. It represents a browser profile, not a verified person. It stays on this website, it is not an advertising identifier, and it expires after about 90 days without a return. Clearing this site’s stored data also starts a new identifier.

We do not keep a page-by-page history of where you went on the site. We do not record keystrokes, mouse movement, screenshots, or form values before you submit them.

Why we use this information

We use it to operate the website, respond to inquiries you submit, protect the site, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, diagnose technical problems, and see how many browsers visit and whether they return. Authorized staff can review this activity in a private admin area. It is not shown on the public website.

How long we keep it

Anonymous visitor and visit records that have been idle for about 90 days are deleted. A separate visit starts after 60 minutes without activity. Information you submit on a form is kept so we can review that request. Security block rules and the record of who changed them are kept so those controls remain accurate. We do not use this record to build a cross-site profile, and we do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Hosting, security, and form-processing providers may process this information for us so the site can run. We do not sell personal information. If analytics tools are enabled later, they are described separately and are not a condition of reading this page.

Your visit

You can browse the public website without checking a box or accepting this policy. The confidential review form asks you to acknowledge this policy when you submit it. That acknowledgment is not consent to marketing emails or text messages.
