Helping Businesses Move Forward

Stacked MCA

Several advances, one cash-flow picture.

Stacked merchant cash advances overlap. Blue Vanguard looks at the positions together so the daily withdrawals are not treated as separate, unrelated problems.

Two colleagues sort a stack of folders at a dark desk. Temporary photograph. Not a client, testimonial, or case result.

What stacking does to a deposit account.

Two, three, or four funders can debit the same account on the same day. Each agreement may have a different balance and term. Looking at them one at a time can hide how much cash is already spoken for before payroll and vendors.

What Blue Vanguard does

How stacked positions are handled

We map each position, the order of withdrawals, and the cash left for operations. Strategy then decides which conversations to start, and in what order. Resolving one funder does not, by itself, resolve the others. No combined savings result is promised.

How it works

A clear sequence. Not a promised result.

  1. 01

    Inventory

Every active position, balance, and debit pattern.

  2. 02

    Sequence

A practical order of conversations. Not every funder is approached the same way.

  3. 03

    Negotiate

Separate discussions. One agreement does not bind the next funder.

  4. 04

    Track

What was asked, what was answered, and what is still open.

What this may help address

Typical business concerns

  • Multiple positions

More than one MCA, each with its own purchased amount and pace.

  • Competing withdrawals

Debits that land on the same deposits and crowd each other out.

  • Overlapping schedules

Short terms that renew or stack before an earlier advance is finished.

  • Priority questions

Which position to address first is a strategy choice, not a guarantee of relief.

Business situations

Operating companies, not consumers.

  • A driver and a coworker beside a box truck at a loading dock. Temporary photograph. Not a client, testimonial, or case result.

    Trucking and transportation

  • Restaurant staff seating guests in a busy dining room. Temporary photograph. Not a client, testimonial, or case result.

    Restaurants

  • A construction site in daylight. Temporary photograph. Not a client, testimonial, or case result.

    Construction

  • Two people packing shipping boxes in a warehouse. Temporary photograph. Not a client, testimonial, or case result.

    E-commerce

The places shown are not Blue Vanguard clients or case results.

Questions

Straight answers

Can all stacked positions be settled at once?

Sometimes owners want that. Each funder still decides for itself. A single package is not something we can require.

Will you stop the other debits while one is in discussion?

No. Other funders can keep withdrawing unless they separately agree to a change.

Is stacking itself a reason a funder must negotiate?

No. Stacking explains the cash-flow pressure. It does not create a right to new terms.

How is this different from a single-MCA review?

The review looks at the combined withdrawal load and the order of conversations, not only one contract.
