Trades
Job timing, materials, and equipment on one account.
Trade businesses are often paid when a job is finished, while materials, tools, and payroll were spent to get there. MCA withdrawals can debit the same account between jobs. A review looks at that gap. It does not assume every shop has it.

The job is underway before it is paid.
Electricians, plumbers, and other trade companies may buy materials and schedule crews before an invoice is collected. Equipment and vehicle costs can continue in a week with no new job. Recurring MCA payments do not pause for that gap. The review is a look at the business file, not a claim that every trade contractor is overextended.
Common pressure points
Businesses in this industry may face
Materials
Job materials are often purchased before the customer pays.
Equipment
Vehicles and tools may have their own costs, separate from an MCA.
Job timing
Cash can bunch around completions rather than arrive every day.
Payroll
Crews are paid for the work in progress, not only for collected jobs.
Receivables
A retained amount or a slow customer invoice stretches the same cash.

How it works
Review the jobs that are open and the drafts that are not.
The useful picture is open invoices, upcoming payroll, and the withdrawal schedule. A funder conversation follows only if it may help.

Questions
Straight answers
Can MCA payments be reviewed when jobs pay at completion?
Yes. Completion-based cash flow is a common reason the withdrawal pace and the work do not match. It does not require a funder to change the pace.
What if materials were bought for a job that has not paid?
That timing can be included so the review is not only a list of balances. It is not legal advice about the customer contract.
Can several advances used across jobs be reviewed together?
Yes. Stacked positions can be mapped as one cash picture. Each funder still decides separately.
Does starting a review stop drafts between jobs?
No. Withdrawals continue unless the funder agrees to something else.
